Dawn is passionate about the healing power of food, healthy lifestyle, and connection with nature and spirit as pathways to restoring health and living a fulfilled life.
Once an over-stressed corporate executive, Dawn recovered from her own health crash and found vitality again. Now she helps people with gut issues and those feeling the effects of unbalanced, high-stress lifestyles to naturally and fully restore health so symptoms disappear. As a result, people can live fully embodied, and pursue dreams or goals that previously felt out of reach.
Dawn is a national speaker, teacher and guide, who has taught and facilitated groups on more than 600 occasions. She has been playing in the woods for as long as she can remember.
