I combine principles of Functional Medicine and Holistic Nutrition to uncover the root causes of why you're not feeling as well as you'd like. Once we understand the root causes, we harness the healing power of food, nature and joy to reclaim health.

I use a personalized, integrative, results-oriented approach, but we'll only move as fast as you (and your body) want to.

In my work with clients, one of our primary goals is to help the body naturally return to balance, so that symptoms disappear and a high quality of life returns. My toolkit includes healthy eating and lifestyle practices, based on a whole-foods, food-as-medicine point of view. I also incorporate functional medicine labs, nature connection, mind-body medicine principles, and spiritual exploration in my work with clients. In addition, I hold my clients’ inner guidance and the choices they wish to make to support themselves with the highest regard.

I feel proud that through working with me, clients are able to solve health problems that have plagued them for months, if not decades. By being thoughtful about actions taken to re-balance the body, vibrant health returns. Diagnoses can be reversed. People are able to transcend their health problems, instead of "managing" them.

This opens up new possibilities in their lives, and enables them to pursue dreams that were previously out of reach.
