Each person is unique. Each body is unique. So although we apply science and proven techniques based on my 14 years in practice 20+ years studying holistic health, you may respond differently than the next person. That’s why personalized, one-on-one care and support can make such a difference.

Working one-on-one with a professional helps you take charge of your health. And typically allows you to get results way faster than you could have gotten on your own.

I combine principles of Functional Medicine, Holistic Nutrition and Mind-Body Medicine to uncover the root causes of why you're not feeling as well as you'd like. Once we understand the root causes, we harness the healing power of food, nature and joy to reclaim health.

I read labs you may have received from your doctor, as they often provide clues about where the body is out of balance. I also may recommend specialized functional medicine labs like microbiome testing, more expansive blood lab testing, adrenal, hormone or thyroid testing, food sensitivity testing and more.

Although we focus on food and lifestyle practices whenever possible, I do at times recommend high-quality herbs and nutritional supplements, I typically suggest this when getting results might involve, for example, eating 6 bowls of broccoli daily or spending a year on a restricted diet when supplements would be faster, easier and more effective.

We incorporate mindful nature-connection or other restorative practices, as I have found that breaking the gut-stress cycle and supporting the nervous system is an often-overlooked element of truly healing and balancing the body.

We also honor your intuition, and the impact mindset and spiritual practices can have on physical healing.

Health challenges can be a journey and an opportunity for growth. And that doesn’t mean we need to be victims of our health challenges for the rest of our lives. Natural healing is possible, and along the way we honor the growth, and greater connection with self, body and something greater.
