Dealing with a digestive health issue can be challenging as it is. Add to it isolation, stress and changes due to the pandemic/social unrest, and our well-being and ability to stay optimistic may be suffering. Unless we have friends or family members who have similar health challenges, navigating our health journey can feel burdensome and lonely at times.
Coming together in community with people dealing with similar health issues is so healing. Digestion Connection sharing circles are a way for us to freely share our experiences and feelings in a warm, non-judgmental environment. Sharing Circles are an ancient and sacred process of gathering to discuss, learn, support, and connect with one another in community.
During this interactive and healing Digestive Connection circle, we will:
Join Dawn Preisendorf – functional nutritionist, gut health expert, and experienced sharing circles facilitator -- for this special opportunity to support yourself and connect with others going through similar experiences.
Held on Oct. 28, 2020 at 5:15 PM PST.
**Join us live from anywhere via Zoom. Link to join Zoom meeting provided upon registration. **
